Rock icon Sir Elton John has resumed his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour” that he began in September of 2018. The tour was supposed to last 3 years and had hit St. Louis the very next month. That sold out show went off so well and the demand was so high for tickets a second night was planned in July of 2020. Then Covid hit and shut the world down. Keeping good on his schedule the tour has started up again and he will swing by the Gateway City on March 30 for what is sure to be a sold-out show.

Only a few tickets remain HERE. If you purchased tickets to the July 2020 original date those tickets are still valid for this show.

This will be the final show in St. Louis for the flamboyant rocker. Yeah, yeah, I know some of you will say “But he said that back in 2018”. Well, the 2nd show wasn’t announced but plans were already underway to add a 2nd show. Besides, do you really think that with demand so high for the 2018 show that a 2nd show wouldn’t be added? In fact, I questioned if that would happen in my review of that show.

John will be performing in the US until the end of April, then he will head over to Europe for a leg there, then back in the US for about 20 stadium gigs, before heading back to Europe to wrap up the tour in 2023. His final US shows will be a two-nighter at Dodger Stadium in November of this year. There is a few weeks in October he could add a few more stadium gigs, but more than likely he is using it as a breather.

The tour is gargantuan from any perspective. And for a man who loves to perform, he is making his last go-round something spectacular for as many people as possible.
