Daughtry is touring in support of their just released sixth studio album Dearly Beloved, which is a return to the band’s heavier rock roots. It features the singles “Heavy is the Crown” and “Changes are Coming”. But as part of a bonus track the band teamed up with Sevendust vocalist Lajon Witherspoon to recreate the Temple of the Dog classic “Hunger Strike”.

Since Witherspoon frequents St. Louis (guitarist Clint Lowery lives here and has a home studio as well), it would be incredibly cool to see them perform “Hunger Strike” as part of the encore or something.
