Tickets purchased at the stadium box office, however must be returned in person in order to get a refund.

Even though organizers have cited “unforeseen circumstances” as the cause, some others are reporting it may be due to the surging cases of the delta variant of Covid-19 in Missouri.

Bud Light Seltzer, The St. Louis Cardinals and SYNERGY Productions present ‘Welcome Back STL,’ featuring multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning Zac Brown Band along with Sam Hunt on Friday, August 13th at Busch Stadium. The one-night outdoor celebration marks the first and only live music stadium show in St. Louis this summer. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday, July 15 at 10 AM CST.

Yes, concerts are back! After a 14-month hiatus from touring due to COVID-19, Zac Brown Band returns to St. Louis with this special show at Busch Stadium, as well as their long-awaited return to the road with 2021’s “The Comeback Tour.” ‘Welcome Back STL’ will mark the first time Zac Brown Band plays at Busch Stadium and will be the first time the two acts grace the same stage. And with over a year of no live shows this concert is expected to be in high demand and sell out quickly.

With over 9 million albums sold, 30 million singles, and 15 #1 radio hits the Zac Brown Band is only the second act to top both the Country and Active Rock radio formats. The band has had six consecutive albums reach top 10 status on the Billboard 200 to go along with their string of five consecutive albums to debut at #1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. It’s safe to say that the three time Grammy winners are more than up to the task of rocking Busch Stadium with their Southern Rock style as they hold the record for most consecutive sold-out shows at Boston’s Fenway Park.

Also, it was beloved former Cardinal matt Holiday who used the band’s monster hit “Chicken Fried” as his walk up song as a Cardinal. So, gotta love that. But They are so much more than just that one mega hit. With songs like “Toes”, “Knee Deep”, “Colder Weather” and “Homegrown” all reaching platinum+ status Zac Brown Band has been an iconic band for the past decade.

“We are so excited to welcome concerts back to Busch Stadium. What better way to do it than with a lineup of incredible talent,” said Vicki Bryant with the St. Louis Cardinals.

“St. Louis is the home of Bud Light Seltzer and we are thrilled to be welcoming fans back to Busch Stadium to celebrate the return of live music,” said Andy Goeler, Vice President of Marketing, Bud Light. “As a passionate music fan myself, I am really excited about the line-up of artists we are bringing together for a must-see show.”

“Music is the heart and soul of human emotion so it was very important to us to bring a big show to life in our hometown this summer,” added Amit Dhawan, Managing Partner of SYNERGY Productions LLC.
Welcome Back STL is committed to providing a safe environment for its fans, vendors, sponsors, and staff. The event is working closely with local civic officials and health professionals to implement health and safety procedures and protocols.

Multi-Platinum-selling, award-winning hitmaker Sam Hunt will be the special guest for the evening. His sophomore album SOUTHSIDE debuted to critical acclaim and was one of the top country albums of 2020 landing at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. Named one of the Best Albums of the Year by The New York Times and US Weekly, the Platinum-selling project features 12 songs all written by Hunt including his No. 1 hits “Kinfolks,” “Breaking Up Was Easy in the 90’s,” one of NPR’s Best Songs of 2020 “Hard To Forget,” and his three-week No. 1, 8x Platinum-selling, GRAMMY-nominated smash, “Body Like A Back Road.”

SOUTHSIDE follows Hunt’s GRAMMY-nominated, Triple-Platinum-selling debut album, MONTEVALLO, which also topped the Billboard Country Albums chart and produced four No. 1 singles. All ten tracks on MONTEVALLO are RIAA certified with six achieving Platinum or Multi-Platinum status including “Leave the Night On,” “House Party,” “Take Your Time,” “Break Up In A Small Town” and “Make You Miss Me.”

Called “stylistically provocative” by The New York Times and “deceptively phenomenal” by The Washington Post, Hunt has received accolades from Associated Press, Billboard, Esquire, Entertainment Weekly, Los Angeles Times, NPR, Rolling Stone, SPIN Magazine, Village Voice, The New York Times, The Washington Post and more. Since MONTEVALLO’s 2014 release, Hunt has accumulated over 10.3 billion global streams and has earned 37 million RIAA certified units.
